About this Holiday House

A tidy double room with queen bed in family home. Own bathroom/toilet (not en-suite) The Bathroom and Toilet are for you're use only, UNLESS we have the second room occupied during you're stay, which is unusual, in which case bathroom toilet may be shared with1/2 other guests 32 inch T.V. Free view/ You tube, Netflix capable, unlimited Wi/fi, off street parking quiet friendly neighborhood. We also Have a larger double room available. concerts/canoeing/ powerboats etc. Property is a 5 minute drive to Cambridge Velodrome & Field days. St Peter's School. Approximately 20 minutes drive to Hobbiton

We had a wonderful stay! The hospitality was exceptional. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped, making our time there so enjoyable. Communication prior to our arrival was fantastic, making the whole process smooth and stress-free. A special touch was the selection of books, which my son absolutely loved—it truly made his stay extra special. Thank you for an amazing experience.

A comfortable two-night stay with friendly, welcoming hosts. NB This is a room in a home, so a bit less 'freedom/privacy' than in other situations (where you are the only people in the premises). Beautiful surrounds at Karapiro with refreshing walks to be enjoyed.
