The unit is fully self contained, sleeps 5, 3 in single and double bunk in the separate bedroom and 2 in double bed in screened off part of lounge area. See photos. There is another unit next door which may be occupied during your visit. Rates $280 per night peak time School holidays, public holidays, Easter, Xmas $300 per night 5 night minimum stay and $250 per night off peak, for max 5 people with 2 Night minimum stay. These rates are for you to provide your own bedding, linen, towels etc a cleaning charge of $100 will apply for each stay. Longer term bookings available by request and at a negotiated rate.
