Welcome to our family home. Built in 2018. Great house for relaxing in the sun. Very central location close to everything you could need. 2 Storey house with Lounge, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a downstairs toilet. Amenities close by: - 440m - Q café, 1.2km - Fresh Choice, Pearl Kitchen and the Goodhome, 1.3km to the Beach – 3.8km Bayfair and 4.4km to Fashion Island and Plaza mall - Baywave Swimming complex - Parks - Golf Courses - Airport - Since this is our family home we ask you respect our property and our neighbours. No parties. Special conditions: Minimum 2 nights stay.

Perfect spot close to the beach, a cafe on the doorstep, supermarket a block or 2 away, and the Mount nearby. The house is tidy, comfortable and nicely decorated, great kitchen and everything you could need for a comfortable stay with family or friends. Great communication from our host. Perfect!
