About this Holiday House

Located just minutes from the town centre on a quiet street is Rejuvenate on Rata. Gorgeous and warm during the winter months with both a wood fire and a heat pump (the perfect base to Ski the local fields) and a lovely backyard with covered BBQ area and deck make it a fantastic summer option as well. Great spot for star gazing all year around under the world renowned UNSECO Aoraki Mackenzie Dark Sky Reserve. Rejuvenate on Rata offers: Off street parking Free wifi Fully enclosed section, great for families Bedding Configuration: Bedroom 1: Queen size bed Bedroom 2: Queen size bed Bedroom 3: Twin room (2 single beds) in seperate sleep out. Bedding, bed linen and towels are provided for your stay with us and after you leave we will do a full clean of the house.

Really disappointed! I attempted to cancel with the management team at Book Twizel two weeks prior, due to my daughter's rowing team unable to compete at Nationals, and they told I was unable. I was told I could not relist the property or change the dates and that I had to pay in full. They then sent me a 'courtesy' email to enquire how my stay was going. $1520 out of pocket.

Thank you for taking time to reply, all feedback is welcome but I do want to make sure it's balanced. To clarify, we have a 30 day cancellation policy so although we couldn't offer you a refund immediately we did offer to transfer the booking to another team/individual or if you went ahead and cancelled the booking we would attempt to re-let the nights you would be able to receive a refund. We do like to check in with guests when they are staying just to make sure everything is going perfectly for them, I'm sorry if you accidentally received this email and it was distressing for you. This property proved to be comfortable home away from home. We travelled with our dog, the section was fully fenced and safe. The house had everything that one would expect from holiday home to have. The area itself is very quiet and safe. We enjoyed our time here and hope to return again. Thank you.
