It's located in the middle of the main part of Mt Maunganui within an easy walk to Ocean Beach, Pilot Bay beach and Mt Maunganui shops, bars and cafes. Park your car in the drive and walk everywhere. The property has a private back yard with plenty of sun. A west facing deck with views of Mauao. There are 2 large bedrooms with a 3rd bedroom/sunroom. One bedroom has a queen bed. The second bedroom has a super king that can be reconfigured into 2 single beds if required. The 3rd bedroom/sun-room has a single bed. "Black-out" curtains help with holiday sleep-ins! The spacious lounge and dinning room has a TV and sound system into which you can bluetooth your favourite music and movies. Unlimited wireless internet is also provided. The main bathroom has a spacious shower with mains water pressure. There is a second toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer off the 3rd bedroom/sun-room.
