** Unlimited Wifi ** The Villa is situated on the south side of Rarotonga in the village of Vaimaanga on the Avaavaroa Marine Reserve Turtle Sanctuary. Toa Moana Beach Villa is a 2 storey property on one of the Island's most stunning beaches. The amazing location offers the ultimate chill-out holiday from 1 of 2 decks along the front of the Villa to the water's edge. An internal staircase leads up to the Villa's main living area with a wrap-around deck extending the entire front and eastern side of the house. Toa Moana Beach Villa has two air-conditioned bedrooms with queen size beds offering amazing views to the Pacific Ocean in the distance. A shared bathroom with laundry facilities, additional towels and beach towels is provided including a linen change on the 4th day of +7 day stays. The full kitchen has a gas oven & stove, microwave, toaster, electric jug, fridge freezer, coffee plungers, dinnerware, cutlery, glassware & various platters, bowls, water jugs, pots, pans & utensils for simple cooking. The covered lower deck provides outdoor lounging and dining with BBQ cooking, outdoor shower and access to the beach. The Villa is a perfect getaway for couples or friends travelling together. Special conditions: The property is in a quiet residential area and is only available for the number of guests who are booked at the time a reservation is accepted. We do not allow for family gatherings, visitors or parties. Child Policy: The property is not infant/child friendly due to the internal stairs and the height of the upper deck to the beach below.
