Enjoy a private and sunny property, complete with spa pool and pool for a perfect holiday launchpad. Located 200m from the delicious Pearl cafe, the family friendly Good Home Gastropub, Fresh Choice supermarket and a safe and quiet beach. So close to The Mount but without the noise and traffic. A large architectural home with all you need, plus style to match. STRICTLY NO PARTIES - our back neighbour is a COP. Seriously.

Enjoy the best of the bay with the Beach so close, plenty of mountain biking tracks in the area and hiking and waterfalls in every direction. 2.5 km from Bayfair shopping centre and dining preccinct. House is 200m from supermarket, an awesome modern cafe and a great family gastropub. Plus, all sorts of delicious eating options in Papamoa and The Mount.

We loved our holiday in Papamoa, the house is located in a great spot and the pool was fabulous. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy this lovely home.

Such an insanely beautiful home in a prime location. The owners were excellent to deal with and were very informative and great communication. Highly recommend and would rent again!

We have a super independent cat that HATES the cattery, will offer $25 off per night of stay for putting her food out.

Guests are expected to leave the house and pool area tidy, dishes done, BBQ clean and rubbish in provided bins - surplus to be taken away. A cleaning fee of $140 will apply for more thorough cleaning.

If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks of check in %50 of total booking price will be forfeited. If a cancellation is made within 14 days of check-in - you'll lose 100% of the total booking price. All cancellations will incur a $75 administration fee.

Check in from 3pm and Check out at 10am (flexible by negotiation depending on other bookings).
Cleaning fee is $150.00.
Linen fee is $85.00.
