The Bedroom wing has 5 bedrooms… 2 King with ensuite bathrooms. The other two bedrooms have a shared bathroom, one room has King bed , the other has 4 single bunks, and the 5th bedroom has a double bed with easy access to the powder room. Within the professionally landscaped gardens are beautiful flowering shrubs, a flourishing herb garden, and citrus & fruit trees. Enjoy the swimming pool, & its shade area under the Cabana, later an evening game of Petanque, Corn hole or Kubb as the sun goes down or practice your swing into the Golf Driving net .With only a minutes walk to the Pahoia Reserve you are welcome to use our 2 double Kayaks (lifejackets included) or launch your boat or paddle board. At low tide , stroll along the beach and explore the foreshore with its Pohutukawa trees. As of November 2022 the 4 main bedrooms have air conditioning. No parties,functions or additional guests exceeding the booking request are to be held without the prior approval of the owners.
