Kia Ora Our home is our sanctuary and we are looking forward to sharing this special place with you. Our quaint home has an open-plan layout, all the mod-cons, and LOTS of indoor/outdoor flow. Located on a bountiful Permaculture property with over 50 fruit & nut trees and just 600 meters from the beach, with Kahurangi and Abel Tasman National Parks at your exploration doorstep. Our land also has Glamping and caravan accomodations, so up to 17 people (possibly more with tents you bring) can comfortably sleep here. Group size can vary and we can accomodate that. There are 3 showers (2 outdoor), 3 toilets (2 composting) and plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Please email me so we can discuss your needs specifically to do with group size and layout. The main house is 90 square meters and designed in an open-plan way, North-facing with lots of windows and natural light. The house is tucked away and very private, set amongst a half acre of permaculture gardens, trees and bush. We have a very colourful home with treasures from all over the world decorating the space. We do live here for the majority of the year, so there are family photos and kids pictures on the walls. Expect to be coming into a home FULL of LOVE. There is unlimited wifi access as well as Netflix should you like to use it. We do have all the mod-cons except no dishwasher but yes to washing machine. No BBQ. We have 2 other accomodation set-ups on this property. Please look on Air BnB for Omarama Oasis Permaculture Glamping and Kiwiana Caravan. It would be ideal if you would like to rent the entire property (sleeps 10-13 people with beds) and more with BYO tents. This needs to be discussed and arranged way ahead of time to coordinate dates and bookings. However, you can rent our home only, just be aware that there will be other people in other self contained accomodations on this half acre property, especially in summer. If you would like to exclusively hire this half-acre then please make that request. Again, there is plenty of privacy for various groups/people. The main house has 1 bedroom with Queen bed and a NOOD couch that can be transformed into a king bed or 2 singles in the lounge, and 1 full bathroom with shower, washing machine and flushing toilet.
