A luxurious apartment overlooking Highlands Motorsport Park in Cromwell with a magnificent mountain view. Only 45 min from Queenstown, 40 min from Wanaka. Easily accessible to high thrilling motor racing, go carting, jet boat riding or having a relaxing lunch at the local wine yards. A stylishly furnished 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom apartment with a fully functional kitchen, laundry, off street parking and a front balcony where you can sit down to enjoy your brunch. Linen, towels and wifi supplied. Check In/Out Please check in between 2PM-9PM, before the gates close. You will not be able to open the gates without the gate opener after 9PM. There is a key fob on a key ring you will access in the key lock box, this will get you in and out of the main complex gates after hours. The gates are locked from 9PM-5AM Mon-Fri and 9PM-7AM Sat-Sun. Please ensure that the fob is returned with the keys before you leave. Should the key fob be lost or damaged there is a replacement cost of $60.00. Check out time is 10AM on the morning of departure unless by prior arrangement. Failure to checkout by 10AM may result in an extra night's accommodation being charged. Thank you. Key Access There is a key lock box located to the right of the garage door, below the meter box. You will be sent the code the day prior to your arrival. If you enter the code, gently pull down the lever at the top and this opens the box to find your keys for the apartment. You do need to re-enter the code again to be able to close the key box. Key Fob There is a key fob on a key ring you have accessed from the key lock box, this will get you in and out of the main complex gates after hours. The gates are locked from 9pm-5am Mon-Fri and 9pm-7am Sat-Sun. Please ensure that the fob is returned with the keys before you leave. Should the key fob be lost or damaged there is a replacement cost of $60.00. Food/Drink Tea and coffee have been left for your use, enjoy. Laundry In the laundry there is a drying rack for washing and an iron. Rubbish There is a rubbish skip and recycling bins that are located down to the left of the apartment along the track fence line. Damages/Negligence We accept that breakages and accidents do happen, although damage to the property and/or its' furnishings caused by negligence will result in the cost being on-charged to the guest who made the booking. We ask that you do inform us of any breakages please. Cleaning We would like you to relax and enjoy yourself while at the apartment, but we do ask that you leave it in a reasonable state. Should the apartment be left in an untidy or dirty state then excess cleaning is charged to the guest at $45 per hour plus GST.
