Fancy staying in a near new two bedroom house with panoramic views of Shipwreck Bay, Ahipara Bay and Ninety Mile Beach in the fabulous Far North? This is the place! Enjoy the beach by day, sleep to the sound of the sea at night. The safe beach for swimming or walking or exploring rock pools is a short walk away. An awesome spot to fish, dive or surf one of the country's best left hand surf breaks. Our house is in a new subdivision with direct access to the beach. The facilities in the upstairs unit include external stairway access, a roomy open plan lounge, well-equipped kitchen and dining area. There are two good size bedrooms - one with a queen bed and en-suite, the other with a second queen bed. There is also one sturdy commercial single fold out bed for use. If needed, we could accommodate up to seven people, as two additional guests can sleep on the comfy pull out double sofa bed in the lounge. The large wrap around all weather deck lets you enjoy a BBQ, sit at the table/chairs or relax in a bean chair watching the sunset. You can even access the deck from both bedrooms! A nice warm outside shower is available to wash sand off after a day at the beach. There is ample off road parking for vehicles plus a small boat. All linen is supplied including beach towels.
