Situated on Peak Valley Station, the lower boundary is Lake Benmore and Totara Peak skyline on the Benmore Range our upper. A dream destination for mountain bikers, boaties, fishermen, walkers and horse riders. It is OFF-GRID and RUSTIC but still has all the necessary comforts for your 'away from it all holiday' away. Please note the configuration of the beds in the cottage is 2 queen beds and 2 single beds, total 6 beds. While there is NO CELL COVERAGE at the homestead, you can get reception a short distance away. Access to the lake is a short drive or walk away with good boat access - about 1km. There are numerous tracks for mountain bikers to explore and of course fishing Lake Benmore is legendary. Twizel is our nearest town center. Although only 35kms away our access is a rough road, so slower going. It takes approximately 45 minutes to drive from Twizel to Peak Valley Station. Sturdy tyres are advised.
