We are trying to keep the level of cleanliness consistent for all hires and therefore use our own cleaner. Guest to supply all linen (sheets, pillow cases, towels, flannels - hand towel, bathmat and limited tea towels supplied) Maximum occupancy is six people. No bookings accepted from anyone under the age of 21 (proof may be required). A deposit is required to confirm your booking. Balance to be paid in full 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations up to 14 days prior will receive a full refund. Check in time is 3pm. Check out time is 11.00am.
