Take in the majestic lake views in a secluded, bushclad setting above Lake Tarawera. There is plenty of space, easy access and a short 3minute walk to Cliff Road Reserve for a swim. Lake Tarawera is a holiday destination for the whole family, whether it is fishing, waterskiing, exploring hot water beach, bushwalks, reading on the newly built deck enjoying the privacy or mountain biking at the Redwoods (14 minutes drive), this is where everyone’s holiday choices are well catered for. We have recently renovated the old villa to accommodate up to 8-10 people. We have built a new deck with stunning views of Mount Tarawera and the Lake ready for you to relax and unwind. THE SPACE: Kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge freezer), lounge room (heat pump), bathroom, 3 large bedrooms with another double bedroom/sunroom. Front deck and back deck. The Master bedroom has an ensuite and Queen bed with walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a Queen bed, vanity and wardrobe. Bedroom 3 has 1 x Queen bed with wardrobe and our sunroom has 2x King Singles with 2x pull out beds to accommodate extras. We have a bedroom at the back of the garage with a double bed. Our deck has outdoor table and chairs and a BBQ. We have plenty of flat space to park off the road. Wi-Fi is available. BOAT OWNERS: For large boats we recommend launching at Kariri Boat Ramp at the start of Spencer Road (10minutes drive), other boats can launch at Bayview Road Boat ramp (5minutes) Stoneypoint (where the firestation is located 8minutes drive on Spencer Road). There is plenty space to park and turn your boat on our lawn. BAY OF PLENTY: Lake Tarawera is located in Rotorua, with easy driving to Mount Maunganui Beach(1 hour 20min), Ohope Beach (1hour), Hamilton & Taupo (2 hours), Gisborne and Auckland (3 hours 20mins).
