The main living area has a convenient open plan concept, and there are many additional rooms and spaces for guests to spread out. The king split room has the option to split into twin beds if required, which offers nice flexibility for different group dynamics. Please advise your preference when booking. Conveniences and comforts also include a double garage with internal access, full laundry facilities, underfloor heating throughout the home, and a fully fitted and well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, induction cooktop and the all-important coffee machine. *** When booking this property, you are agreeing to the following TERMS AND CONDITIONS. You will also receive a full document after confirming. - Guest(s) making a booking must be over 25 years of age. Any guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of their stay. - Views on Edinburgh is for a maximum of 8 guests, and occupancy must not be exceeded. - A standard exit clean is included with your booking; however, you are expected to leave the property in a satisfactory state. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Views on Edinburgh is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed. The security bond is refunded to the guest by way of the credit card used for payment less any costs, which include but are not limited to: Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure that result in extended housekeeping hours. This peaceful address provides a sense of luxury and relaxation. Guests are also just an eight-minute drive from the International Airport and for winter guests, Coronet Peak ski field is an easy 23-minute drive away. And of course, the elevated location presents the most spectacular panoramic views.
