The building has character and charm and is an artistic blend of Mediterranean and ecological architecture situated on 1.5 acres of lawns and gardens and next to a large pond (it is not suitable for children under 10). Pohara Beach is only a 2 minute walk away. There is plenty of parking right in front of the house. The house is very spacious and is designed to accommodate up to six people easily. It has an open plan layout with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The French doors open out onto a private deck overlooking the pond.
