Most of the house is double glazed and well insulated. Several large windows facing the lake provide all day sun and unlimited views if you wish to just relax with a book or puzzle. We have a good selection of books, games and puzzles. Room to park your boat in the driveway plus other parking for a second boat or jetskis. Located in Moana, 2180 Arnold Valley Road. Just an easy short walk to the lake, park, playground, cafe, restaurant, local pub. Moana now has a fantastic petrol station and general store. This 4 bedroom family home easily accommodates up to 8 people. It boasts a spacious open plan living area. This property suits 2 families. The layout is 4 bedrooms with queen size beds. In one of the bedrooms, there is a fold out foam bed suitable for a child. You will not find a warmer house to stay in than this one. For winter rentals, the cleaner will put the heat pump on for you, so you arrive to a warm home. The carport is adequate to dry all your wetsuits and lifejackets and has a fold out clothes line in the carport too.
