Location is everything when you are choosing a holiday home and Three Peaks House does not disappoint. When you enter this stylish property, you are greeted by the sleek polished concrete flooring, the warm cedar-clad ceilings and the schist stone detail. The contrast is an architectural delight and the luxurious furnishings throughout are the cherry on the top. The open plan living area has a stunning modern kitchen with a wooden island and stone benchtops, offering plenty of space to cook up a feast – or better yet, for a private chef to prepare a gourmet meal while you relax and enjoy some quality time with your loved ones. A comfortable lounge area surrounds a gas fireplace to add some ambience on a cool Winter’s evening and the underfloor heating throughout ensures you’ll always be warm and comfortable. In Summer, slide open the glass doors and open up the living area to the expansive outdoor entertaining area. Enjoy the spacious deck, outdoor fire and BBQ and of course - the view! Lake Wanaka is right there to admire surrounded by the majestic peaks of the Southern Alps. The property, designed by Michael Cumming Architect, has three large bedrooms and a bunkroom. The master and second queen room each have their own tiled ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom opens up onto its own deck area, also enjoying the stunning lake and mountain views. The remaining bedrooms – another queen room and a bunkroom – share use of the tiled family bathroom. The queen room also offers an office space for those needing to tick off some jobs while on holiday, as well as a TV, if the kids need to escape.

Please be aware that this property is managed by ‘Release Wanaka’. We are a local Wanaka property management business and we are legally responsible for the care of the property. We require a fully refundable security bond for each booking. This will be refunded in full within 7 days of departure, as long as no loss or damage has occurred at the property. We require credit card details either before you arrive or on the day of arrival. The security bond for Three Peaks House is NZ$3000.

A cleaning fee of NZ$350 is charged per reservation. This covers basic cleaning and management fees. Any cost due to excessive cleaning after a guest checks out will be the responsibility of the guest.

All linen and towels are provided.

Cancellations

This policy applies for all bookings:
If a cancellation is made you'll lose 100% of the total booking price. No amendments and no cancellations possible.

A booking service charge of $75 applies to all cancellation refunds.

The pending booking will be automatically cancelled after 48 hours or earlier depending on the check-in date.
