On the main living level, there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms, while an additional two bedrooms and one bathroom can be accessed via outdoor stairs on a separate lower level. It's IMPORTANT TO NOTE that this lower level does not have internal access from the main home. Bedrooms 4 and 5 downstairs have a partial lake view. The master ensuite has a shower, Bathroom 2 upstairs has a separate shower and bath, Bathroom 3 downstairs has a shower. The bathrooms have heated towel rails, hair dryers and toiletries. All premium bed linens and towels provided. Configuration: Four of the five bedrooms have king split beds meaning they each have the option to split into twin beds if required. Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Tahuna Lakeside is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed.
