Perched on the banks of the beautiful Waikato River this luxurious accommodation is the perfect private retreat after a day out exploring Lake Taupo. Relax in the hot-tub, or start up the outdoor gas fireplace and watch the river go by. This set-up is perfect for those cooler summer evenings or clear winter nights. Offering multiple accommodation options to cater for families or groups of up to 8 guests there are spacious 4 bedrooms, 2 living areas and 2.5 bathrooms. With an entertainer’s kitchen and scullery and multiple living areas with easy access to enjoy the outdoor spaces, you are guaranteed to make happy holiday memories. The outdoor hot-tub is perfect for soaking after a day of local activities. Beds will be made up as 1x King, 1x King, 1x Queen, 2x King-Singles. One of the King beds can be split into singles, and the 2x King-Singles can be joined together to make 1x King. You must let us know at least 7 days before your arrival if you require any beds to be split or put together – otherwise they will be made as above. There are 2.5 bathrooms including an ensuite off the master bedroom. Nespresso pod coffee machine provided - just bring your own pods. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors. Please note – there are 2 gas fireplaces (one indoor and one outdoor), You are most welcome to use these. The indoor wood-fire can not be used.
