Excessively littered and/or dirty conditions at departure will result in extended housekeeping hours being charged. This may include carpet cleaning or excessive rubbish removal for example. - Castle Cliff Lodge is a residential dwelling and no parties or events are to be held without prior consent from the owners or Manager. Maximum guest numbers and a Venue Hire fee applies. Please enquire for Ts and Cs. - Please be mindful that the property is located in a residential area and be courteous to your neighbours. Quiet hours are to be observed between 10pm and 7am. - Smoking/vaping is not permitted anywhere inside the property. Smoking/vaping is allowed outside only with windows and doors shut. - No pets or animals are permitted. - We require a security bond of $1,000 due prior to arrival, which is held in trust until after the guests have vacated the property and a full inspection has been completed.
