It is close walking distance to local shops, cafes, restaurants, tourist attractions, lagoon & beach. It comprises of two fully separate self contained floors of a recently renovated two storey villa with large pool, sea views, extensive outdoor living and fully equipped for a comfortable relaxed holiday. The entire experience was magnificent! Pete and Pauline have created a truly wonderful home away from home. Everything you could ever need was there and then some! The house is immaculate, the grounds picture perfect and the pool completes it all. We were a party of seven and each one of us could not fault anything about our stay at Ambala House. We highly recommend this home for a fantastic holiday. Thanks Pete and Pauline, see you next time!

Ambala House gave us the most fantastic family holiday. It accommodated our 3 generations perfectly. The house and pool were super clean, the treats of wine, homemade jam and pickle on our arrival were a lovely surprise and I can't speak highly of the hosts Pauline and Pete who went above and beyond to make our stay fantastic - nothing was a problem. We will definitely return

A beautiful large home that catered to our 2 whanau . Awesome pool lovely views and decor . Comfy beds . Loved big box of ice . Very hot house 1 small aircon in 1 room. some portable ones down stairs would be good, no ceiling fans down stairs floor fans were ok. Very high risk for toddlers! Recommend older children only . No shade around pool . Heaps of towels . Great service and hosts . Thankyou Pauline I have recommended to our whanau . We will come back when the babies are older !! Meitaki
