We also have a lovely large swimming pool. Great place for kids with lots of space to ride bikes, go exploring or jump on the tramp, play in the playhouse or go swimming etc. Great for adults who want to relax over summer near the pool and enjoy the amazing rural sunsets! Conveniently located close to the city's edge for access to all of Hamilton's activities and eateries. (The room with the 2 cots now has 2 single beds ) Because this is our home we do ask for a $300 fully refundable bond.
