Set over 2 floors, downstairs is one double bedroom plus the lounge, kitchen and bathroom. Upstairs there are 2 larger bedrooms under the eaves, both have a double and a single bed.
Outside there is heaps of off-street parking and a large flat lawn for kids to run around.
