This cosy 5 sleeper is catering for a small family, or group of friends for the perfect base to stay and play in the Ruapehu region. Walking distance to both ends of town, you’ll love the convenient central location, close to the bar, restaurants, and shops. This A Frame is dog friendly – please let us know if you plan to bring your fur baby so we can arrange the chalet accordingly. This property features WIFI as well as plenty of board games to keep everyone entertained. You will be heated by a wood burner based in the open planned living area. Sleeps 5 in two sleeping areas. Bedrooms: First bedroom homes a queen-sized bed, sleeping two (downstairs). Second bedroom (mezzanine floor) also has a queen bed under a single (bunk) and a separate single bed; sleeping three. We recommend that this property could comfortably sleep 5 guests although noting there is only enough dining seating for 4 people. (Please advise when booking if you are booking for 5 guests). Linen: All beds have duvets and pillows. You can either bring your personal linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels etc.) or hire through Ruapehu Chalet Rentals. Your chalet will have bathmat/s and tea-towel/s You can hire Linen from us – we will make sure this is made up on the beds prior to your arrival Linen Hire is a flat rate and not charged per night. Single $20.00 and Double $25.00 – This includes top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, and towels. Bathroom – The bathroom features a vanity unit, toilet, and shower. Kitchen – This large open planned kitchen has everything you need to feed hungry guests. A half-sized fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and microwave. As well as a full-sized oven/cook top. Dining: The dining area is open with the kitchen and lounge with table seating for four. Lounge: Open planned with the dining area with a large couch which can seat four plus a single armchair. Entertainment: Flat screen TV, with Freeview and Chromecast using the Wi-Fi provided. Alongside a music system to connect to, along with a wide range of books and board games. There is also an outdoor decked area which catches the afternoon sun and views of Mount Ruapehu. Heating: The house is heated by a wood burner downstairs. Firewood is provided. Laundry: The laundry features a washing machine, dryer, washing tub and drying rack.
