Beautiful, well kept and modern house with excellent facilities , a short throw from the lake but without any lake view. Air conditioning did not seem to be working though - no airflow when turned on and adjusted. EXTRA CHARGES for linen per person- on top of cleaning fees already charged. This was not made apparent on the listing ("Linen - please enquire" without details) nor on the booking confirmation. I felt this was rather unethical - like asking you to pay for the use of cutlery after you have had a meal at a restaurant and are held at ransom.

Great house, very spacious, great outdoor area, the house was very well heated as we were there at a very cold time of the year. Also nice to have use of the garage to keep the cars in out of the freezing temperatures. We were able to use our Sky TV accounts to watch the rugby live which was a nice surprise Will defiantly be booking again Highly recommended

Beautiful, clean, warm and well set out house. We loved staying here. The only complaint is that the lawns really needed to be mown and sprayed for prickles! Thank you for a great stay.
