Newly carpeted and furnished - sorry, no children under 12 years. Three bedrooms: two with Queen sized beds and one with a King sized bed that can be made into two Single beds if preferred.

Five nights minimum stay for the Christmas & New Year's period. This period and public holidays are charged at the weekend rate.

Note: if you wish to stay two nights where one of the nights is a Friday or a Saturday, then both nights are charged at the weekend rate since your booking will prevent another guest from staying for that weekend. For the lower weeknight rate to apply, both nights must be weeknights. The weekend rate also applies to public holidays. We will confirm the rate with you when we respond to your enquiry.
