Upstairs features an open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area, along with a bathroom, separate toilet, and 2 queen bedrooms. One bedroom has a ranch slider to the deck with sea views, and the other offers rural views. Downstairs includes the master bedroom with a king-sized bed, walk-in wardrobe, ranch slider, and ensuite. There are two additional bedrooms: one large room with a queen bunk bed (king single on top), a single bed with a trundler bed below, and a spare foam double mattress in the wardrobe. The other bedroom has a king single bed with a trundler below and another single bed. In total, there are 14 beds. We are happy to accommodate more than 12 guests, with extra guests at $30 per person, per night. The beach accessway is less than 50m away from the property and includes a quad-bike entrance. If you enjoy fishing or seafood, the boat ramp is a 2-minute drive down the road. Alternatively, bring your surf caster or kontiki/long-line and set them straight off the beach. The estuary is known for gathering pipi, oysters, and mussels off the rocks. Hubby has even speared a Kingfish here! After a day at the beach, use the outdoor heated shower to wash off the salt and sand, and then fillet your fish at the filleting station. The house offers both beach and rural views, with a BBQ to end the day. There is also a large trampoline for the kids and strong WiFi, along with Netflix, Disney+, Amazon Prime, and YouTube on the Smart TV. There is plenty of parking and lawn space for a boat, camper, or even room to pitch tents for extra guests.

The local store for takeaways and essentials is just a 2-minute drive away. Bonfires are permitted on the beach all year round, and there is no alcohol ban in Pukehina. The boat ramp is a 2-minute drive away. Great cycling tracks are nearby. The Te Puke Golf Course is a 10-minute drive. Rotorua, Mt Maunganui, and Tauranga are all within a 30-minute drive.
