4 Wilson Road is located a stones throw from the ocean at Pounawea. A perfect place to escape to and relax from the "hustle and bustle" of everyday life, or a fabulous spot from which you can explore everything that the spectacular Catlin's has to offer. Our crib offers enough room for a large group to spread out. On the ground floor, there is a well equipped games room. The first floor has a large cozy central lounge with Yunca fire boasting views of the beach front, adjoining this there is a spacious well equipped kitchen, and finally a separate attic sleeping space in the top floor for the kids. Just around the corner there is a wonderful, well-maintained playground and also very handy is the native bush walks which are just on the edge of the township. The estuary at low tide provides the opportunity for families to safely explore the wonderful array of marine life first hand. At high tide, there is ample scope for swimming, fishing, paddle boarding and/or kayaking. There are numerous places along the coast to gather kaimoana including paua, cockles, mussels and flounder. The jetty is always popular with kids for catching crabs and little fish. This is an ideal rental for couples, families or even two families to enjoy a wonderful holiday in.
