Tucked away in Heathcote Valley, its only a 3 minute drive to the Ferrymead shopping area with cafes, shopping and bars. 3 minutes to the Gondola experience with views to Banks Peninsular and over the Christchurch city. Sumner beach is an 8 minute drive and in the other direction Lyttelton is just 5 minutes away.
With Christchurch city center only a 20 minute drive away the property has all the privacy and seclusion for the perfect getaway while still being close to the city.
The popular Heathcote Riding School is just across the road with a small cafe.
