Bedding configuration is Master bedroom 1x King, Second bedroom 1x Queen, Third bedroom 1x Single-over-Queen bunk-bed, Study Room 1x Double fold out sofa-bed (this is best suited to children). Heat-pump, indoor gas fire and underfloor heating will keep you cool in summer and toasty in the winter. Wifi provided. Your nightly rate includes exit clean. Linen and towels are provided (the cost for this is $15 per booking). We do not offer the option for guests to provide their own linen as we wish to ensure that the mattresses and pillows are always covered with protectors.
