A welcoming home away from home ideal for families with kids. 15min walk to Raglans buzzing little town/harbour, playgrounds, or the other way for fish & chips at the wharf. Elevated position bathed in sunlight, offering privacy and great views towards Te Akau Peninsula where you can catch a stunning West Coast sunset while the kids play in the yard. Quick drive to the surf and ocean beach. The Space: This is a great family space, with plenty of room to spread out. Kids can enjoy the concrete outside the garage for scooters and bikes, while the back yard has a, swing, and space to kick a ball. Inside there are toys to explore and plenty of books. Sleeping Bedroom 1 – Master room with king bed with ensuite. Bedroom 2 - The jungle room sleeps 3 with a set of bunks, the bottom being a double bed. Bedroom 3 - A King single bed, with a portacot available. Living & Bathroom The lounge offers ample seating with a wall mounted TV – Netflix & Neon are available, great movie room if it happens to rain. Kitchen, dining and second living space offer plenty of room for the kids to play, 8-seater dining table with bench seating and the all-important coffee machine fuelled by local favourite roasted beans to get you going in the morning. The bathroom offers a bath, shower, and sink and a separate toilet. Garage – will be locked. Please note this means there will be no washing machine for guest use, however there is a laundromat in town. Guest access: Guests will have access to the entire home (excluding the garage). We are happy to answer any questions and give ideas for places to see, where to eat and what to do there is lots on offer.
