Everything is brand spanking new in this gorgeous architecturally designed house so be one of the first to enjoy it. You will walk into the open plan living area and be welcomed by the spectacular view. Eat out at the local establishments, or cook up a storm in our magnificent kitchen with a full suite of quality appliances. Sit and enjoy the views from the couches, or simply lounge in the TV area with full Sky Channels. From almost every room of the house, step out onto our vast deck and bask in the sun with a glass of wine while enjoying the beautiful Bay views. There are 3 Queen sized rooms all with sliding doors out to the deck and gorgeous views. The fourth room is a 4 bed bunk room kitted out for the kids. The home has an ensuite off the Master Bedroom as well as a Family Bathroom which includes a full laundry. Luxuriate with the air conditioning heat pump in Summer and light the log burner on those chilly winter nights. There is plenty of off street parking including room for the Boat or Jet Ski.
