The apartment features three spacious bedrooms, each thoughtfully designed with comfort in mind. The master bedroom boasts a plush queen-sized bed and an en-suite bathroom for added privacy. The other two bedrooms offer a queen-sized bed and 2 single beds that can be made into king Bed on request and share a well-appointed second bathroom. All bedrooms come with ample storage space for your belongings. During your stay, you'll have full access to the apartment and all its amenities. Our apartment is nestled in the heart of Christchurch's vibrant and bustling neighborhood. You'll find an array of cafes, restaurants, and shops just steps away, allowing you to experience the city like a local. Very clean, tidy, modern and comfortable place to stay with everything you could need. Right in the heart of Chch so super handy to walk to shops, restaurants and sites. A bit noisy on weekend evenings with late night party-goers walking by - but that is to be expected when right in the CBD. So just be prepared with ear plugs if night time noise bothers you.

All of our houses offer 24-hour Self Check-in / Check-out. Check-in is available from 3 PM and check-out is before 10 AM. The houses are fitted with either secure lock boxes containing the keys or coded door access, for which you will receive the code in your arrival information before your stay.

We can provide a port-a-cot, highchair, and baby bath if required at extra cost, please send us a message when you book and we will ensure they are ready at the house for your arrival.

We require a photo ID and your credit card details and will charge a pre-authorization of $500 the day before your arrival which puts a pending hold on those funds and this will automatically drop off after 7 days. If there are extra charges for damage or extra costs you will be notified of these via email and be sent an invoice.
