The Lounge room has comfy leather lounge and swivel chair. The front corner windows lets in plenty of natural light, whilst the sheer curtains allow for privacy. Smart TV and FREE Wifi. The home has Reverse cycle Air Conditioner in lounge room only and ceiling fans throughout. Brand new Kitchen (June 2023) with coffee bar and walk in mini Butlers pantry. Gas cooktop and Gas Oven. Microwave, Fridge and Dishwasher. Coffee bar with Pod machine (Nespresso pods etc). Brand new bathroom (June 23) with gorgeous Italian terrazzo tiles and walk in shower, Waverly fluted vanity and Vanity Mirror with storage. Fully Separate Toilet. Main Bedroom has a comfy Queen Bed, Rattan wardrobe and remote ceiling fan. Bedroom Two has a Double bed and remote ceiling fan. Study has a desk and table lamp with Telstra NBN / Wi fi throughout the house. The sunroom is an absolute delight to enjoy your morning coffee or early evening wine as you watch the gorgeous sunsets. Please note: In relation to little ones: We have stairs at the back entrance and the yard is not fully fenced. We are only 10 minutes from Brisbane international and approx 15 minutes from the domestic airport. Are you flying in? Though standard Check in is 2pm and standard Check out is 11am….Subject to booking at the time, we will endeavour to work in with your flights where possible. Less than 6 kms from the Brisbane Entertainment centre. We are 800m from Virginia train station into the CBD & Southbank Parklands, approx 15 minute train ride. 250m to the nearest Bus stop into CBD, but it will take longer to get into town than the train. Or 10kms by car. The location of this home allows you to explore both the Sunshine Coast and Gold Coast with ease. Both are respectively approx 1 hour from the home, with very easy access to the North and South Motorway only 3.8km away.

Great Coffee close by: Kalisto Coffee on the Cnr of Goss Rd and Bilsen Rd, Wavell Heights - see map in photos for route . Nundah Village, a hub of cafes and shops by day and restaurants and chillaxing bars by night. Nundah Village (approx 1.5km's) is a happening place in Brisbane these days. It is not a rowdy village by any means, rather a laid back Social Village of Boutique style bars like Fitz and Potts and The Village Social Bar. Nundah Village also has a Woolworths, post office, newsagents, chemist, hairdressers, etc. 3.5km from Chermside shopping centre, one of the largest in Queensland. 6 kms from Brisbane Entertainment Centre. 10km from Brisbane CBD.
