There is an additional toilet located downstairs off the kitchen area, adding extra convenience to your stay. The living area is a great space to relax and unwind after a day exploring the city. Location Addington is a great neighbourhood and has excellent cafes and restaurants that are within walking distance. The Christchurch Arena and Orange Theory Stadium are also close by so if you are here for a concert or the rugby its perfect for you. Mountfort Park which the property backs onto is also nice to stroll through and pick fruit and herbs from.
