Simple 3bdrm cottage on a farm with peaceful country views from bedrooms, lounge and deck. Enjoy evenings on the sundrenched deck or in front of the woodfire BBQ. We are 7kms off State Highway 87, 45mins to Dunedin Airport. An ideal stop off on your way to or from Central Otago. Guests rave about the stunning night sky and beautiful sunset through the trees. You are welcome to venture out to the paddock in front of the cottage which gets an amazing view overlooking the Strath Taieri Valley and and Rock and Pillar Range. Middlemarch is a short 10min drive away which is the start/end of the Otago Central Rail Trail.

Very cosy and comfortable cottage in a lovely setting. Host very welcoming. Worth the drive in.

Awesome house that has plenty of room! Very clean and had everything we needed. We went with a few friends who also had children and they spent most thier time outside playing the the yard as there is lots of room for them to run around. The outdoor fire was awesome and the sky is stunning at night with all the stars:-) . House was easy to heat with a fire in the lounge and the heatpump in the kitchen (plenty of firewood). The host was great and such a big help :-) she even brought up her wee lamb for the children to feed which they loved. Will definitely be back.
