On site we have a workshop where we run an Engineering business - husband and 1 worker is out on site 75% of the time. We have a forklift that will be driven around the yard at times so care needs to be taken when entering the property. Hours of operation is Monday-Friday Considerate working hours will be followed. Our work hours are 7am-4pm with my husband tidying up after 4pm. We will be staying 15 minutes away if there were to be any issues. Other tenant: He keeps to himself, and is very quiet, friendly and respectful of your privacy. Animals: We have two cats, and one dog. The cats will not be on site during the duration of your stay. If you are highly allergic to cats, please keep this in mind. We have cleaners come in before your stay to ensure it is as free of allergens as much as possible. The dog is strictly an outside dog, extremely friendly, safe with children, and will not invade your personal space other than for a pat. He will bark on your arrival. Dependant on your booking days, he may be in his Kennel on site and we will manage him or he will be offsite with us.

4km to Karapiro Domain (6 minutes) When Dam is open. Currently inconsistent and unreliable. 15 minutes the long way 9km to Cambridge town (8 minutes) 12km to AvantiDrome (12 minutes) 21km to Mystery Creek Events Center (18 minutes) As we are next to the expressway, expect some road noise, especially when windows are open. Bedroom walls are sound proofed and all downstairs rooms are double glazed, trucks can cause some rumbling however no worse than being in town.
