Separate toilet x 1 Second bathroom with shower and vanity. - BBQ - Outdoor filleting bench - Outside hot shower to rinse off - Air conditioning - Family friendly cul-de-sac We require a 7 night minimum over the New Year period and 3 days over long weekends. LOADS of parking for your boat or jet ski. Extras: - Cleaning charge per stay: NZ$150 - Linen: We provide duvets with covers and pillow covers at no extra charge, they are washed upon guest departure. - All beds have covers for extra hygiene. - Full linen can be provided at an extra cost of $20 per person (towels, tea towels, top and fitted sheets). Please let us know if you need linen when you enquire/book. - Bring your own pillow if you have special requirements / firmness etc. - Disposable rubbish bags and recycling bags can be purchased at 4 square/ New World -The house is on tank water. Please be considerate of your water use.
