Two big baths and gas hot water inside and fridge makes ice and crushed ice which is a hit with the kids. Our landscaper was unable to finish the job, so there is some aesthetic work to be done. Lake Hood quite time 10pm-7am. Noise travels across water so please keep volume down if outside in the quiet time. We have had issues with people bringing in extra guests.
