About this Holiday House

Our 5 bedroom 2 bathroom farm estate is situated on 35 acres. We are a 3 minute drive to Matakana Village and 10 minutes to the beautiful Omaha Beach. Modern conveniences and a great indoor outdoor flow with dining area for fabulous evening dinners as the sun sets. Spa pool & above ground pool for some fun. Kayaks/Paddleboard available to access the estuary on our property(tidal) to the Matakana village, or out to Sandspit/Kawau Island.

Modern conveniences and a great indoor outdoor flow with dining area for fabulous evening dinners as the sun sets. Elevated views overlooking our farm. An outdoor shower to wash off and a Spa pool after those beach swims. Access to our estuary(tidal) for kayaking up the river to Matakana or heading out towards Kawau Island.

We are a 3 minute drive to Matakana Village and 10 minutes to the beautiful Omaha Beach. Take a 20 minute drive to Tawharanui Beach. You are surrounded by great beaches and amazing vineyards, restaurants and bars. Paddle boarding or Kayaking from our property at high tide. The estuary takes you either to Matakana village or Sandspit and onto Kawau Island.

This is a lovely house. We were a family group covering three generations and it accommodated us all beautifully, sparkling clean inside and out. The children adored feeding the chickens and collecting the eggs while the ‘grown ups’ had lovely evenings around the brazier or sitting in the spa looking up at the stars. Very close to Matakana township, all beaches and many attractions. Many thanks Lauren for letting us share your beautiful home.
