River Tranquil setting on the Tongariro side of SH1, under the magnificent crater of Pihanga. Listen to bird song daily and enjoy the beauty of magnificent tree lined streets. Outdoor recreation right on our door step. Hot springs, Skiing & Snowboarding, Fly Fishing, Rafting, Biking, Tramping, Walking, bird watching & not to forget boating on lake Taupo T Cottage is a compact and cosy 3 bedroom cottage, with modern facilities yet a little unique from the 50s circa. The site offers excellent off road parking & camera is active for added backyard security.

Great place to stay and relax, leaving the busy life behind. I loved the stargazing at the spa and the well set up kitchen most. (thanks for a great coffee as well) Great layout of the rooms
