Located in a back section in the hillside suburb of Cashmere you can view trees from every window and have a sunset view from the lounge which opens out to a secluded deck. A Pottery Studio is on site this can be viewed by appointment.

The Christchurch Adventure Park is close by, only 8 minutes by car. There is Mountain Biking, Walking Trails and Zipline, There is bike hire and protective gear hire available. A cafe is also available. If you have children, there is the Cashmere Playground just 5 minutes walk along Cashmere Road On Sunday there is a weekly Farmers Market adjacent to the Cashmere Library, you can reach this if you like a short walk along the river through Ernle Clark Reserve. There are many cafes in the area, of special interest is The Sign of the Kiwi and The Sign of the Takahe both a short drive up Dyers Pass Road.
