Kotare Ridge is a two storied comfortable family home, with wonderful views of the beach and sea from the extensive front deck. It is located next to a bush reserve on a quiet street at the north end. Kereru, tuis and herons can be heard and seen from the elevated deck. It is a five minute walk to the Surf Club, and the tennis courts are 50 metres away. The house consists of an open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area, and three bedrooms. There is a family bathroom and separate toilet upstairs, and an ensuite bathroom downstairs. The main bedroom has a king size bed, the second bedroom has a single bed with a trundler bed under it. The bed in the downstairs bedroom can be either a king, or two singles. There is a laundry with a top loading machine, and a barbecue on the deck. There is a hot outdoor shower for washing off salt and sand. Behind the house is a covered patio area with a table, and chairs to seat six people. The front deck has a table and seating for six people. The house is a lovely place to relax and enjoy all that Waihi Beach has to offer. There are numerous bush walks in the area and the coffee shop, and fish and chips shop are five minutes down the road. As it is our family home, we ask guests to treat it with respect. Because there is a flight of steep stairs with no barrier at the top, it is not suitable for very young children. No pets allowed. Maximum occupancy is six guests. No parties and we ask that you consider the neighbours by observing quiet times from 10.00pm
