Stagford Lodge was originally built in 1987. One of the first homes to be built in Bonshaw Park - a lifestyle subdivision just 10 minutes from the Taupo town centre.
Recently purchased and completely renovated to a high-spec, this 4 bedroom, 3.5 bathroom home with 4 living areas is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of reality.
When you arrive at Stagford Lodge and drive up the Silver Birch tree-lined driveway you will be captivated by the 'grandness' of Stagford Lodge.
The vista from the kitchen, top lounge and TV room is stunning and ever changing. You could wake to a mountain blanketed in mist or covered in a sunrise glow.
A second bottom lounge provides a separate space for those that want to snuggle up and watch a movie.
The games room boasts a pool table and space to enjoy a tipple or two if you so desire.
The upstairs features two bedrooms and two bathrooms - also enjoying beautiful outlooks.
Downstairs, is a separate wing which consists of another two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchenette, fourth lounge, private deck area and best of all - the beautiful outdoor bath. This wing is internally connected through the single garage/gym. The gym has basic equipment including a treadmill, reformer, small range of weights and medicine ball etc.
With three fireplaces, plus a ducted heating and cooling system throughout, you will be kept cool in summer and toasty warm in winter.
Stagford Lodge has plenty of space for up to 10 guests, so holidaying here with another family or group of friends is easily comfortable.
The lodge is situated on extensive grounds with plenty of space to set up a volley ball net, petanque or have a game of backyard cricket.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen Bed (Upstairs)
Bedroom 3: 1 x Super-King Split Bed (Downstairs)
Bedroom 4: 1 x Super-King Split Bed (Downstairs) Can be split into 2x King Single beds upon request. Please let us know at least 7 days prior to arrival if you would like this done.
Third Living Area: 1x Double Sofa Bed (Best suited to 1 adult, or 2 children, for comfort reasons)
House Rules and Information
Parking: 5 x off street parking, including boat parking.
Security Cameras: There are external cameras set up at the front and rear of the property for security purposes.
Linen included – we are a holiday home management company who use professionally laundered linen & towels.
Cleaning – exit clean included in nightly rate. The property must be left tidy. All dishes must be washed, dried, and put away before departure. All rubbish must be neatly bagged. BBQ must be left clean
STRICTLY no parties, events or loud groups. Neighbours are very close and are to be respected at all times.
