This is a comfortable, recently built, architecturally designed home, set on a hectare of land on the outskirts of Havelock North. The property is peaceful and private. It is 4 kms to the centre of the village where you will find many eateries of all types and lots of boutique shops. In just over 1 km you can be walking or biking in the beautiful Te Mata Peak Park or, after a 20 minute drive, you can be on one of our local beaches. The house has 3 bedrooms all with direct outdoor access to decked areas, 2 have ensuite bathrooms and the other has one directly across a short passageway. There is one king and two queen sized beds. If you have other needs, eg an extra bed for a child, please just ask. We are still in the process of landscaping and a few finishings in the house are yet to be completed, for example, 2 bedrooms are yet to have wardrobe doors installed and the stairs are still custom wood awaiting a hardwood finish. There is also a large upstairs room that can be used as a second lounge/office/exercise room. When you stay at The End of the Road, you get the whole house to yourselves.
