Short 2 minute walk to the estuary via a track at the end of the street, and close to the Mangawhai Heads shops. This is a lovely quiet no-exit street, handy to everything great that Mangawhai has to offer. The two bedroom 'shack' is stylishly furnished in a retro style and has a lovely relaxed vibe about it. Two bedrooms, one with King size bed, and one with Queen and single. One bathroom, kitchen and lounge and a great covered outdoor area where guests naturally spend most of their time. The kitchen is well-equipped with dishwasher and microwave. Converted garage is perfect for kids as an activity zone, with it's own lounge suite, table tennis table and 65inch smart TV - perfect for days when the weather doesn't play nice. Bedding and towels etc provided. The main house and the games room are available to guests - the outbuilding at the rear of the property is yet to be be refurbished so is not yet available for guests. This place is intended for families and quiet stays. We welcome guests who will respect our house, our belongings and also our neighbours. Privacy - The property has external security cameras in place to monitor the property when it is unoccupied. Cameras are turned off remotely, and remain off for the duration of guests stay. Due to a past negative experience with an unrated guest, we now have a policy of only accepting bookings from guests who have a solid history or positive reviews.
