Come and stay. We are located between Nelson and Richmond in the beautiful Marsden Valley. There are plenty of walkways, trails and Mountain Biking located nearby. The House is set in a quite street with a nice view of the valley. There are 3 Double Bedrooms. The Main Bedroom has an Ensuite and Walkthrough Wardrobe. The Third Bedroom has its own access door out onto the back deck area. There is plenty of off-street parking large enough for a boat and vehicle and a Garage with a high 2.4m entrance. Walk through the Gardens along the path that envelops the property from one side to the other.
