EXPANSIVE SEA & ESTUARY VIEWS - BEST IN THE BAY!!! Beachfront (just a reserve in front) 3 Bedroom 2 bathroom (ensuite off master bedroom) with a large deck, well appointed kitchen complete with gas hob, electric oven, Bosch dishwasher. Laundry has 2nd fridge/freezer & washing machine. Freeview TV. NB: this is Tauranga Bay, in the 'Far North' near Kaeo, not in Tauranga in the Bay of Plenty ;-)

Expansive sea and estuary views, beachfront with a reserve in front, safe swimming, great boating and fishing. Fishing from the beach or rocks, tuatuas in the bay at low tide. Master bedroom has ensuite. Internet coverage. Nespresso machine (bring your capsules), dishwasher and good kitchen equipment. Washing machine, 2 fridge/ freezers. Plenty of off street parking.

Great swimming and boating, fishing. Camp store in bay. Boat ramp, game fish club, boat/canoe hire at Whangaroa (10 minutes drive). Many walks in and around area. Endangered dotterel and variable oyster breeding grounds on beach. Large reserve for cricket or kicking a ball

A lovely spacious house right at the beach, with everything you need (except sheets and duvets), even a coffee machine! Loved having my little dog with me, an awesome beach for her to run around. Will bring the whole family next time.

The house is in a fabulous location right beside the reserve and then the beach. It is well equipped (everything you need!) and comfortable. Very quiet and stunning views. Excellent swimming and kayaking. Great communication with Linda and clear instructions. We had a lovely holiday :)
