Kotuku Loch is a beautiful 3 bedroom holiday home located near to Kinloch Marina and stunning Whangamata Bay. The property is a Lockwood and tastefully furnished throughout with a gorgeous window seat overlooking lush ferns. There is excellent indoor outdoor flow with sliding doors to a large deck area. The house has all one could need for a relaxing stay from the wood burner with complimentary logs to the exquisite hollow stemmed wine glasses - perfect for that delicious chianti. It is a minutes walk to the marina where there are occasionally mooring facilities available for hire. The local cafe is just two minutes walk and there is a dairy overlooking the lake. I recommend this place for it's superb quality, competitive pricing and comfort. It truly is a home from home. Jane

We stayed here for a long weekend and found the house to be very comfortable and close to the marina and lake. It is tastefully furnished and had everything we needed including games and cards. Both were used as weather was wet at times. The house was big enough for the 5 of us and it really felt like a home from home. It was so nice we chose not to dine out as what we had was great. I loved the hollow stemmed wine glasses and am already looking for those. Hubby didn't appreciate cleaning and then leaving money for the cleaner. It's no biggie though and if it makes the cleaners job easier that's ok with me. All in all I recommend this property and would use again if in the area.
